You'll be just steps from the beach, restaurants, bars, casinos, and trendy shops. It's a vibrant, walkable neighborhood with easy access to explore Old San Juan, Isla Verde, and Santurce.
We offer different layouts to suit your needs:
Our 1BR Apartment: Features a full-sized bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed and a twin-sized bed in the living area.
Our 7th-Floor 1BR Gem: Includes a plush queen-sized bed and a sofa bed.
Our Spacious 3BR/2BA Condo: Perfect for groups, with three bedrooms. Each has two twin beds that can be combined into a king-size bed upon request.
All our units include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen. The building also features a sparkling communal swimming pool (swim at your own risk) and a laundry room.
The neighborhod is highly walkable! Everything from grocery stores to pharmacies and beaches is close by. You'll also have easy access to public transport, cabs, and Uber for trips to Old San Juan, La Placita de Santurce, or Plaza Las Américas Mall.
